Hi, I’m Sarah
Registered Member MBACP with a Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Chichester Counselling Service, which is accredited by the BACP. I have also completed training in Certificate Adult ADHD+ with Dr Kustow via The Grove.
Being interested in and curious about people is part of my nature and saw me fall into a 15 year career in marketing. I enjoyed trying to understand people and figure out what made them tick, but it was the personal stories I heard from strangers, friends, colleagues, and clients that made me realise that was what was important to me.
My journey to become a counsellor has led me to work as a Homestart Volunteer and within community counselling services. I know how tough it can be to have counselling and I am here to be by your side, on your journey. Taking that first step is a brave thing to do.
Offering a safe and understanding space to neurodivergent clients forms an important part of my practice both on a personal and professional level. Exploring together what it means to be neurodivergent and making sense of your story together turning self understanding into strength.
When I’m not in the counselling room I’m usually enjoying being in nature, near water or enjoying a cup of coffee and a good TV series or film.

The Space
I work from a private space set up for counselling near central Farnham and on the border with Hampshire.
